At Full Cycle Recon, our team’s mission is to advance accident reconstruction through expert analysis, research, in-house testing, and lecturing the future analysts at Northwestern and other Universities. We aim to drive policy changes, enhance road safety, and ultimately prevent future accidents completing the Full Cycle. 

We offer expertise in accident reconstruction with an unparalleled specialization in motorcycle and bicycle combined with decades of professional racing experience, expert analysis and courtroom testimony. Meet the Team

Harm Jansen

In the realm where engineering meets human motion, Harm Jansen’s journey as Accident Reconstructionist and Rider Safety Expert is defined by his technical expertise and practical experience.

With a master’s degree from the globally acclaimed Delft University of Technology, Harm combines his track record for athletics—from professional cycling to motorcycle racing—with a commitment to forensic analysis and reconstruction. 

As the founder of Full Cycle Recon, he is an avid cyclist and a current expert motorcycle racer, provides expert litigation support in vehicular accident cases and teaches motorcycle accident reconstruction at the prestigious Northwestern University.

Joi Paliokas

Joi Paliokas is a goal-oriented and dynamic professional with a proven track record in administrative efficiency and project management in the field of accident reconstruction. 

She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on community relations and psychology and has experience as a certified English teacher in Japan. Her passion for reading, learning, and solving puzzles is testimony of her commitment to refining management processes. 

Joi’s education, combined with her project management expertise, makes her the ideal leader for Full Cycle Recon’s day-to-day operations.

Daniel Riser

Daniel Riser has over a decade of expertise in 3D modeling, test data acquisition and processing, and GPS data analysis in fields such as flight trajectory tests, simulations, and manufacturing.

Skilled in AutoCAD, MATLAB and SolidWorks, he ensures accuracy. His career includes roles at L3Harris, the Naval Air Weapons Center, and leadership in Tomahawk flight testing. Educated in Aerospace Engineering at Cal Poly, he also trained at the United States Naval Test Pilot School.

His passion for high-performance motorcycles and race engine builds enhances his expertise in motorcycle mechanics, electronics, data acquisition and analysis. In his free time, Daniel loves pushing the limits of his Supermoto or high-performance car on the racetrack.
